Connor delivers daily market insights and live calls, helping members refine their strategy, sharpen entries and exits, and build real trading confidence. With a strong focus on trading psychology, he equips traders to overcome the mental challenges that hold most people back from long-term success.

Neil Crammond

Lead Assessor

Neil is the Lead Assessor at Traders House, with over four decades of experience in financial markets, beginning his career in 1982. He has traded across multiple firms and market environments, working with a wide range of instruments including futures, options, commodities, and FX, and holding senior trading and risk-focused roles.

Alongside his trading career, Neil has spent many years teaching and training traders, combining real market experience with structured education, focused on helping traders understand risk, decision-making, and the realities of professional trading.

Crypto Specialist

Bertie focuses on cryptocurrency education across Traders House, with several years of hands-on experience in the crypto markets. His approach goes beyond trading, helping learners understand how crypto works, the risks involved, and how to navigate the space sensibly rather than chasing hype.

Head of Centre

Rubin is Head of Centre at Traders House, overseeing the delivery and day-to-day running of the Level 5 Diploma in Financial Trading. He ensures programmes are delivered to a high standard, with a structured, supportive approach for learners throughout their studies.

Also a specialist in foreign exchange and precious metals, James brings deep expertise in fundamental analysis and macroeconomic strategy.
